The assessment workspace covers six areas: evidence readiness, trust assessment, risk assessment, proof readiness, verification readiness, and continuous monitoring readiness.
Record responses and evidence notes, review domain scores, and use priority actions to plan improvements. Assessment exports support your next internal review.
Scores reflect your responses and provide self-assessment guidance; they do not represent independent verification or certification. Continuous monitoring readiness assesses preparation, without connecting live monitoring.
Access to the workspace currently requires an authorized account.
Founder’s NoteOctober 2, 2026Awareness Month
Cybersecurity Awareness Month: Building Trust on Evidence
QILAHK marks Cybersecurity Awareness Month with a personal message from founder Samuel K. Thomas and practical guidance for business owners: identify the evidence supporting security claims, record accountable review, and reassess when conditions change.

As a founder, I know how much care goes into building a business—and how much it matters to protect the people who trust us. That responsibility is personal to me. It is why I am building QILAHK around a simple belief: the trust we ask others to place in us should have a clear basis in evidence.
This October, start with one security claim your business relies on. Ask what supports it, who reviewed it, and whether anything has changed. You do not have to solve everything at once. One well-supported decision is a meaningful place to begin.
Thank you for caring about the security of your customers, your team, and the business you are building.
With appreciation,
Samuel K. Thomas

Pilot UpdateOctober 2, 2026Evidence Governance
QILAHK Advances Evidence-Governance Assessment Work with CAL
QILAHK’s CAL pilot is examining how evidence, criteria, authority, and decision records connect across retrospective Gen01 review and prospective Gen02 planning.

The pilot combines review of existing Gen01 records with planning for a prospective Gen02 Stage 1 document reconciliation and controlled requirements baseline decision.
The work distinguishes source materials, contextual records, supporting evidence, and evidence gaps. Assessment records capture scope, provenance, limitations, review effort, and accountable authority.
Gen02 Stage 1 remains unapproved. Final scope, criteria, evidence requirements, handling arrangements, and schedule remain subject to agreement. CAL retains investment and model authority. This pilot assesses evidence governance; it does not certify investment performance or establish commercial outcomes.
